Orders are shipped Tuesday through Friday. Orders placed by 12pm CST will typically ship out that same day and orders placed after 12pm CST will ship the following business day. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed and shipped the following business day. During peak times and the holiday season, it may take up to 3 business days to pack and ship your order.
We operate on a small scale so please be patient with us as we pack your orders - we want to make sure everything gets to you exactly as expected. If you have any questions about your order, feel free to give us a call during business hours or shoot us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Please contact us for shipping rates for furniture and for international orders. International buyers are responsible for all customs fees and duties applied to the order.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may send it back for an exchange, online store credit, or refund to your original method of payment.
Returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 21 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in their original condition. We do offer FREE RETURNS & EXCHANGES. Please email email@example.com and we will forward a printable shipping label at no charge. Please just specify if it is a return or exchange.
